The antenatal course combines floor‑based Pilates, functional strength work and gentle mobility to help you:guysandstthomas.

  • Maintain strength and fitness safely through your pregnancy

  • Support posture and reduce common aches such as low‑back or pelvic pain

  • Improve pelvic floor awareness and core control

  • Practise breathing and relaxation strategies to manage stress and prepare for birth

Exercises are tailored to your trimester, energy levels and any pregnancy‑related symptoms, following up‑to‑date 2026 guidelines for safe ante‑natal exercise. Options are always given to modify, regress or progress movements so you feel confident and comfortable throughout each session
