Grand Membership

3 SMALL GROUP SESSIONS PER WEEK (monthly membership)

Small group membership sessions will be capped at 8 people per session to allow for tailored coaching and to ensure that everyone has enough space and equipment. It keeps the space safe, allows people to get to know each other and keeps you accountable.  It also helps keep it personal, you’re never just a number, we know your name, your goals and can help personalise your training.

Small group sessions are designed like personal training and my own training - they are planned over 4 weeks (and more) with the aim of incremental progress - improving technique, getting stronger, doing more reps/sets.  To make the most of your grand membership I would recommend choosing a squat or deadlift, bench and conditioning session each week.  Sessions can be carried over week to week within the month.  

DISCOS AND RODEOS NOT INCLUDED BUT CAN BE BOOKED ON A PAYG BASIS.

    Terms and conditions
    This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
