UNLIMITED Small group membership
Small group sessions allow for personal coaching and to ensure that everyone has enough space and equipment.
It keeps the space safe, allows people to get to know each other and keeps you accountable.
It also helps keep it personal, you’re never just a number, we know your name, your goals and can help personalise your training.
Small group sessions are designed like personal training and my own training - they are planned over 4 weeks (and more) with the aim of incremental progress - improving technique, getting stronger, doing more reps/sets. To make the most of your membership I would recommend choosing one of each lift session: squat, bench, deadlift plus a conditioning session and/or yoga class each week.
Lift sessions, cardio rodeos, run club and yoga are all included in your Backyard monthly membership.
Special events and workshops can be booked on a PAYG basis but may include a member discount.
