The BOD Body Check-in is not a test, not a judgement, and never about comparison with others. The BOD Body Check-in is a one-to-one confidential movement screen that allows you to create baseline data about your strength, flexibility and movement to motivate you to achieve real results.
BOD Body Check-In is not a physiotherapy assessment or rehab session. It is also not a clinical or diagnostic assessment and does not provide treatment or personalised programming.
