It provides a clear snapshot of where your body is right now, empowering you to train with intention rather than guesswork. It helps identify strengths, areas for progression, and supports you in working towards your own goals for real results.
The BOD Body Check-in is not a test, not a judgement, and never about comparison with others. The BOD Body Check-in is a one-to-one confidential movement screen that allows you to create baseline data about your strength, flexibility and movement to motivate you to achieve real results.
BOD Body Check-In is not a physiotherapy assessment or rehab session. It is also not a clinical or diagnostic assessment and does not provide treatment or personalised programming.
