Threshold Session
Develop your sustainable pace, improve lactate threshold and increase your ability to run faster for longer through structured interval and tempo training.

8:00 AM – Gym for Runners
Build stronger, more resilient runners through targeted strength, mobility and injury prevention exercises.
9:00 AM – Zone 2 Group Run
Develop your aerobic base with an easy-paced coached run designed to improve endurance, recovery and long-term running performance.

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
