HYROX Sessions

Wednesday | 6:00 AM – 7:30 AM
Our threshold-based session focuses on sustained efforts, race pace, compromised running and station combinations to build the engine needed for HYROX.

Saturday | 8:00 AM – 9:15 AM
A longer simulation-style session that replicates race demands through extended efforts, transitions and race-specific challenges.

Strength & Conditioning

Monday – Power & Speed
Develop explosive power, acceleration and athletic performance through structured strength training and dynamic movement.

Friday – VO₂ Max & Mixed Modal Conditioning

Run Club Included

This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership.
