Each 45 minute class includes gentle movement, birth prep education, and built in time to connect and build friendships.
In every class, Dr. Madisen will guide you through:
• A pregnancy safe, gentle workout
• Pelvic floor protection and support strategies
• Breathing techniques for pregnancy and birth
• Practical education you can use right away
Classes are for the birthing parent. Partners are encouraged to join optional walks, coffee, or lunch after class.
