Created specifically for new members, this first-month membership includes up to 4 sessions, combining small-group rehabilitation and strength classes with supported training sessions to help you settle in, learn the environment, and build confidence at your own pace. Throughout the month, our team will guide you on where to start, how to progress safely, and how to establish a consistent routine that supports your long-term health and fitness goals. You'll have the reassurance of expert support when needed, while developing the independence and confidence to train effectively within our community. At the end of your first month, we'll review your progress and recommend the most suitable ongoing membership to help you continue moving forward.
