You'll have the reassurance of expert support when needed, while developing the independence and confidence to train effectively within our community. At the end of your first month, we'll review your progress and recommend the most suitable ongoing membership to help you continue moving forward.

Top Up gives you the flexibility to add extra sessions when you need them. This pack includes 4 additional sessions to use over 4 weeks, designed to be used alongside your current membership. Best suited for adding extra group classes during busier weeks or when you want to increase your training frequency, with the option to include a limited number of supported training sessions if you need a little additional guidance along the way. It’s a simple way to stay consistent and keep building momentum without needing to upgrade your plan. Please note: This pack is for use alongside an active membership and cannot be used for 1:1 support.
