Tier 3 - Build - 12 Classes a Month

Access to 12 Small Group Training Classes per month.

All classes are coached and capped at a maximum of 6 people, giving you a high level of support while training.

Choose from:

  • Equal Strength – Upper Body, Lower Body, or Total Body (55–60 mins)

    Traditional strength training classes focused on proper lifting technique, control, and progression. These are less fast-paced, allowing you to learn how to lift correctly and build strength with confidence.

  • Equal Pulse – Endure (45 mins) – Conditioning and Stamina

  • Equal Pulse – Sweat (30 mins) – Short, high-intensity sessions

Perfect if you’re looking to train three times per week with structure and support.


Please note: Your first payment will be adjusted based on when you start, so you only pay for the days left in that month. Your full monthly payments will then begin on the 1st of every month.
Example: If you join on the 20th, you’ll only pay for the last 10–11 days of that month, then your normal monthly payment starts on the 1st

    This membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
