Group Classes use a mix of dumbbells, bodyweight and resistance bands only to deliver high-energy, full-body workouts that build strength, fitness and confidence.
Please note: Your first payment will be adjusted based on when you start, so you only pay for the days left in that month. Your full monthly payments will then begin on the 1st of every month.
Example: If you join on the 20th, you’ll only pay for the last 10–11 days of that month, then your normal monthly payment starts on the 1st

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
If you wish to cancel your membership, a minimum of 10 days’ notice is required. For example, if you cancel 5 days before your renewal date, the next month’s payment will still be processed, and your membership will remain active until the end of that billing cycle
