Full-body strength classes focusing on compound lifts, accessory exercises and progressive training to help you get stronger over time.

Equal Pulse: Endure (45min), SWEAT (30min)
Higher-energy conditioning classes designed to improve stamina, fitness and overall work capacity.

Women’s Self-Defence Kickboxing / Muay Thai
A supportive women-only class focused on practical striking skills, confidence building and fitness.

Mums Strength Club – 3 Class Trial
Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 14 days.

This 14-day intro is designed for mums returning to training in a supportive, coach-led environment - with your baby welcome.

Classes focus on full-body strength, core stability, and gradual progression, with coaching adaptations for post-natal recovery and different fitness levels.

£49 for 3 classes

  • Small groups (max 6 mums)

  • Coach-led, post-natal aware training

  • Beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels

  • Bring your baby along (up to 12 months old)

Valid for 14 days from purchase. Most mums continue with a monthly membership after completing the intro.

Tier 1 - Foundation - 4 Classes a Month Shared Membership

Access to 4 Small Group Training Classes per month.

All classes are coached and capped at a maximum of 6 people, giving you a high level of support while training.

Choose from:

  • Equal Strength – Upper Body, Lower Body, or Total Body (55–60 mins)

    Traditional strength training classes focused on proper lifting technique, control, and progression. These are less fast-paced, allowing you to learn how to lift correctly and build strength with confidence.

  • Equal Pulse – Endure (45 mins) – Conditioning and Stamina

  • Equal Pulse – Sweat (30 mins) – Short, high-intensity sessions

Perfect if you’re looking to train once per week with structure and support.

Please note: Your first payment will be adjusted based on when you start, so you only pay for the days left in that month. Your full monthly payments will then begin on the 1st of every month.
Example: If you join on the 20th, you’ll only pay for the last 10–11 days of that month, then your normal monthly payment starts on the 1st.


Tier 2 - Momentum - 8 Classes a Month Shared Membership

Access to 8 Small Group Training Classes per month.

All classes are coached and capped at a maximum of 6 people, giving you a high level of support while training.

Choose from:

  • Equal Strength – Upper Body, Lower Body, or Total Body (55–60 mins)

    Traditional strength training classes focused on proper lifting technique, control, and progression. These are less fast-paced, allowing you to learn how to lift correctly and build strength with confidence.

  • Equal Pulse – Endure (45 mins) – Conditioning and Stamina

  • Equal Pulse – Sweat (30 mins) – Short, high-intensity sessions

Perfect if you’re looking to train twice per week with structure and support.

Each session is limited to 6 mums, giving you space to train comfortably with your little one while receiving personalised coaching.

All sessions include full use of the studio’s premium equipment — barbells, benches, squat racks, ski machines, dumbbells, kettlebells and more — for a complete strength and conditioning experience.
