This 14-day intro is designed for mums returning to training in a supportive, coach-led environment - with your baby welcome.

Classes focus on full-body strength, core stability, and gradual progression, with coaching adaptations for post-natal recovery and different fitness levels.

All SGPT classes include full use of the studio’s premium equipment — barbells, benches, squat racks, ski machines, dumbbells, kettlebells and more — for a complete strength and conditioning experience.
