This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.

Membership Payment: Monthly membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
Membership Renewal: Memberships automatically renew on a monthly basis unless canceled.
Cancellation - we require a 30-day notice for cancellation of membership; however, no refunds will be issued for partial months.
Membership Freeze/Holds - you can freeze your membership for 1 month or more for a £15 fee. This fees is a one time freeze fee for the period of your freeze. For every freeze period, it's a £15 charge.
Time away - if you are away for two weeks or more and missing two weeks of training within your 30 day billing period of training we can provide a pro-rota charge for that bill as long as we've been provided with 2 weeks notice.
Membership Transfer: Memberships are non-transferable under any circumstances.
Membership Access: Members must adhere to Evey rules and regulations. Access may be denied if a member is found in violation.
Bookings: Booking may be booked up to 14 days in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24hrs minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
Membership Changes: Evey reserves the right to amend membership terms and conditions with prior notice.
