If you have been using our reading material to work on your four areas outside of training and would like to check in with a 121 coach to review each area with you and help you review how you are doing - then this is exactly what you'll be provided with a big focus on reviewing your nutrition and what stage you are at right now.
The goal is to get to the base line for each area (nutrition, water, sleep and metobolic activity/steps) so we will ask you to log each area for 7 days.
We will then review your data and may reach out to ask you questions before arranging a 15-20min call with you to talk you through your data and provide you with feedback and clarity on how you are doing in each area and if/what areas of work still remain.
