This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date.
Membership Payment: Monthly membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
Membership Renewal: Memberships automatically renew on a monthly basis unless canceled.
Cancellation - we require a 30 day notice for cancellation of membership; however, no refunds will be issued for partial months.
Membership Freeze/Holds - you can freeze your membership for 1 month or more for a £15 fee. This fees is a one time freeze fee for the period of your freeze. For every freeze period, it's a £15 charge.
Time away - if you are away for two weeks or more and missing two weeks of training within your 30 day billing period of training we can provide a pro-rota charge for that bill as long as we've been provided with 2 weeks notice.
Membership Transfer: Memberships are non-transferable under any circumstances.
Membership Access: Members must adhere to Evey and Gymbox rules and regulations. Access may be denied if a member is found in violation.
Membership Benefits: Membership benefits include access to scheduled classes and facilities during operational hours.
Class Booking: Classes may be booked up to 7 days in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
Membership Changes: Evey reserves the right to amend membership terms and conditions with prior notice.
Personal Responsibility: Members are responsible for their own health and safety while participating in activities. Evey is not liable for loss or damage to personal property left on the premises.
Health Disclosure: Members must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect their participation.
Liability: Members may be required to sign a liability waiver releasing Evey from any liability for injuries or accidents occurring on the premises.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding membership will be resolved through negotiation and mediation.
Termination: Evey reserves the right to terminate memberships for violations of terms or disruptive behavior.
Privacy Policy: Evey will collect and store personal information provided by members in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
