City – 6 Week Trial
Payment: Trial fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their trial prior to the start of the onboarding week. Cancellations cannot be made once the onboarding week has commenced.
Deposit Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable.
Membership Access: Members must adhere to Evey and AXIOM rules and regulations. Access may be denied if a member is found in violation.
Membership Benefits: Trial benefits include access to scheduled classes and facilities during operational hours.
Class Booking: Classes may be booked up to 7 days in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
Membership Changes: Evey reserves the right to amend trial terms and conditions with prior notice.
Personal Responsibility: Members are responsible for their own health and safety while participating in activities. Evey is not liable for loss or damage to personal property left on the premises.
Health Disclosure: Members must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect their participation.
Liability: Members may be required to sign a liability waiver releasing Evey from any liability for injuries or accidents occurring on the premises.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding membership will be resolved through negotiation and mediation.
