Designed specifically for those managing joint pain, arthritis, chronic conditions, medical conditions, or low fitness confidence, these sessions will ease you into movement safely, gradually, and with expert support. Led by a specialist instructor, each class focuses on improving mobility, strength, balance, and confidence in a calm, welcoming environment. You’ll build the foundations you need to progress into our ongoing sessions.
