Strong Bones Start Here – 4 Weeks

💡 Once you sign up, you’ll have access to 2 dedicated bone-strength sessions each week, plus all Midlife Makeover classes for 4 weeks.

This is your time to start building stronger bones, feel more confident with weights, and understand what your body actually needs post-menopause.

We’re not changing your bones overnight — but we are starting the process.

What Happens Next?

✅ Your programme starts on Monday 1st June
✅ You’ll receive 2 short pre-course videos (please watch these before we begin)
✅ Join live on Monday & Wednesday at 8am or do the sessions later — whichever suits you
✅ You’ll also have access to all other classes during your 4 weeks

I’ll be in touch nearer the time with everything you need to get started.

Is This Right for You?

✔️ You’re post-menopause and starting to think about bone health
✔️ You’ve always been active (walking, running, swimming, yoga)
✔️ You’re realising that might not be enough on its own
✔️ You’ve had a fracture in the last couple of years and want to reduce your risk
✔️ You want to feel stronger, steadier and more confident

This Isn’t for You If:

❌ You’ve been diagnosed with severe osteoporosis and need specialist support
❌ You’re currently working with a physio on an injury or rehab plan
❌ You’re already lifting heavy weights regularly in a structured programme
❌ You’re training for HYROX or similar and want intense, high-impact workouts

If you’ve got the odd niggle, that’s fine — we can work around it.

What You’ll Be Doing

Over the 4 weeks, we’ll focus on:

✔️ Simple strength training
✔️ Gradually adding impact work (in a safe, progressive way)
✔️ Balance work
✔️ Grip strength (often overlooked, but very important)

Each session is just 30 minutes — and you’ll feel a sense of progress each week.

What Happens After the 4 Weeks?

💡 By the end, you’ll feel stronger, more confident, and clearer on what your body needs.

From there, you can:

✔️ Continue with classes
✔️ Move into full membership
✔️ Or take what you’ve learned and carry on in your own way

Important Info (No Surprises!)

Your Strong Bones Start Here – 4 Weeks programme gives you access to:

✔ 2 dedicated bone-strength sessions each week
✔ All Midlife Makeover Fitness classes for the full 4 weeks

This plan is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Some special events may not be included in this package.

After the 4 weeks, your next steps are completely up to you —
you can continue with classes, move into membership, or simply take what you’ve learned and carry on in your own way.

A Few Practical Bits
Your 4-week access starts from the programme start date and runs for 28 days
If you join after the start date, the price remains the same and access will still run for the original 4-week period
Some classes or events may be excluded from this plan
This plan is non-transferable unless stated otherwise
