Our introductory membership is a structured introduction to training at MOVE. Over 5 weeks, you'll experience high quality personal training, have access to a choice of classes, and become part of our friendly fitness community, all without the commitment to a long term membership.
Your 5 weeks include;
Access to any 2 coach-led classes per week (Small Group PT, Foundation Strength, Wednesday Cardio, Saturday Team Workout)
Unlimited Open Gym access
Full personal training coaching support throughout
This membership is designed to develop confidence, and deliver real, visible results. At the end of the 5 weeks, you'll sit down with a coach to review your progress, clarify your goals and map out your next steps so you leave with a clear plan for ongoing strength and fitness. . This is a one time introductory membership, designed to help you get started with structure and confidence.
