Our introductory membership is a structured introduction to training at MOVE. Over 5 weeks, you'll experience high quality personal training, have access to a choice of classes, and become part of our friendly fitness community, all without the commitment to a long term membership.
Your 5 weeks include;
Access to any 2 coach-led classes per week (Small Group PT, Foundation Strength, Wednesday Cardio, Saturday Team Workout)
Unlimited Open Gym access
Full personal training coaching support throughout
This membership is designed to develop confidence, and deliver real, visible results. At the end of the 5 weeks, you'll sit down with a coach to review your progress, clarify your goals and map out your next steps so you leave with a clear plan for ongoing strength and fitness. . This is a one time introductory membership, designed to help you get started with structure and confidence.
Access to x2 Small Group and Foundation Strength sessions Monday-Saturday, plus Open Gym access Monday-Friday 7:30-9:00 am. All classes are capped to 8 per session, except Saturday which is capped to 16.
Access to Small Group sessions Monday-Saturday, plus open gym access Monday-Friday, 7:30-9:00 am. Small group classes are capped to 8 per session and are 1 hour long.

A PAYG session that can be used to access the Tuesday and Thursday foundations sessions.
Access to x2 Teen Small Group PT sessions per week. Session led by a qualified coach. Maximum of 8 people per session.
1:1 Strength & Conditioning session designed to improve strength, cardio, core, mobility, overall athletic movement and sports specific performance. Sessions are led by a fully qualified coach and are 60 minutes long.
This entitles you to 1x mat Pilates session with Tarley.
This allows you to book 5x Pilates group sessions with Tarley.
