Booking & Cancellation Terms
Payment for the full 4-session package is required upfront unless otherwise agreed.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange any session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in that session being deducted from the package.
If the coach needs to cancel a session, the session will be rearranged and will not be deducted from the package.
Sessions are for Tommy only and are non-transferable and non-refundable once the package has started, except where agreed by Strikebox.
All 4 sessions should be used within 8 weeks of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Clients should arrive on time and ready to train. Late arrival will normally result in a shorter session, as sessions will still finish at the originally booked time.
Please wear suitable training clothing and footwear and bring water. Boxing gloves or any other required equipment should be agreed with the coach beforehand.
The coach should be informed of any injuries, medical conditions or changes in health that may affect Tommy’s ability to train safely.
Participation in boxing and physical training carries an inherent risk of injury. Sessions will be coached appropriately, and Tommy should follow coaching instructions and communicate any pain, discomfort or concerns during training.
