Plan a lovely private gathering for yourself (or your pregnant bestie) with me so she can feel held and supported in her journey into motherhood. The idea is that we focus on the mother, and not baby, like you would in a baby shower. To honour this special time held either in my home studio (Bristol), your own home (5 miles from BS9) or online with those around you by planning some lovely activities such as yoga, food sharing, singing/chanting, massage amongst other ideas you may have, to lift and boost her energy and be looked after by myself. A lovely thing to offer especially in the 3rd trimester.
Please arrange an initial consultation to meet/make plans and tailor make the ceremony for you and your guests.
