Includes everything above with approx x3 SGPT sessions per week/  x12 SGPT per month.

Perfect if you want extra coaching and structure alongside your regular training.

This is a recurring membership billed on the 1st of each month. If you join part-way through a month, your first payment will be prorated.

You can upgrade from Gym and Train at any time by selecting UPGRADE at checkout, or downgrade back to Gym and Train at the end of your billing month.
