STRENGTH

-Morning slots: Tues & Thurs  6:30–7:30am
-Afternoon slots: Tues & Thurs 1:00pm - 2:00pm

STRETCH & CORE

-Friday 1:00pm Stretch & Core + Menopause Coffee Chat
Covering nutrition guidance, supplements, natural mood enhancers, mindset & more.

Terms and Conditions

This membership will entitle the purchaser to attendance at x2 SGPT (MENOPAUSE SPECIFIC) classes each week, with x4 sessions to choose from each Tues/Thurs 06.30-7.30am or 1-2pm, PLUS 1 weekly Stretch and Core session + coffee chat afterwards. Valid for 4 weeks, 4 weeks starts from the date of your first registration made. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership.
