  • 3× / week – £617.50 per month (£47.50 per session)

Each membership includes:

  • Reserved PT slots with your coach

  • Goal review every 90 days

  • Ongoing accountability

  • Access to TrueCoach mobile app to track results

All workouts are personalised and linked to a client’s stated goals. Upon sign up you will be setup on our mobile app and then booked in for your first session. Here you will meet your coach in person for a consultation, body stats and short assessment.

Please Note: 30 day cancellation notice of membership. We also require 24 hours cancellation notice prior to each session start time or session will be lost. Sessions do not carryover to each month, however, if you are away for extended periods (e.g. holidays/injury/illness) we can freeze your membership on a per month basis.

    This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
