Gym Only (Open Gym)

Train independently, follow your own programme and train at your own pace—without attending coached classes.

Designed for experienced gym users, this membership includes unlimited scheduled Open Gym sessions during staffed hours. Add Extended Access for £20 per month to train from 5am–10pm daily, including during unstaffed hours. Coached classes and individual programming are not included.

Coached classes take priority in designated class areas. During these sessions, please use the available training areas and equipment.

Membership Options

12-Month Commitment
Twelve-month commitment, paid monthly. Includes unlimited scheduled Open Gym during staffed hours. Automatically renews for a further 12 months unless cancelled with at least 30 days’ notice before renewal.

3-Month Commitment
Minimum three-month commitment, paid monthly. Includes unlimited scheduled Open Gym during staffed hours. After the initial commitment, the membership continues monthly with 30 days’ notice required to cancel.

12-Month Prepay — 1 Month FREE
Pay for 11 months upfront and receive 12 months’ membership. Automatically renews for a further 12 months unless cancelled with at least 30 days’ notice before renewal.

Extended Access

Extended Access allows independent training from 5am–10pm daily, including during unstaffed hours. For memberships paid monthly, Extended Access costs an additional £20 per month. It can be added to your membership or removed with 30 days’ notice. Removing Extended Access does not end or shorten your underlying membership commitment.

For annual prepaid memberships, select your access option when purchasing.. Extended Access is available to members aged 16 and over, subject to completion of the required access induction and agreement to the gym’s access and safety rules. Access credentials are personal and must not be shared or used to admit other people.

Payment Terms

Membership payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable law. Unused sessions do not qualify for a refund. All memberships remain subject to the applicable commitment, access and cancellation terms above.
