Our Reduced (2 x weekly) Membership is designed for those who want high-quality CrossFit coaching while training around two times per week, with 9 sessions included each month.

You’ll have access to CrossFit and our specialist coaching sessions, helping you develop strength, fitness, skills and confidence through varied, coach-led training.

Whether your goal is to improve your health, build consistency or become fitter and stronger, every workout is scalable to your current ability and designed to help you progress.

Membership Information

Choose the commitment that suits you:

3-Month Commitment
Minimum three-month commitment, paid as monthly payments and then continues monthly ongoing with 30 days’ notice to cancel.

12-Month Commitment
Twelve-month commitment, paid as monthly payments automatically renewing for a further 12 months unless cancelled with at least 30 days’ notice before renewal.

12-Month Prepay - 1 Month FREE
Pay for 11 months up-front and receive 12 months membership. Automatically renewing for a further 12 months unless cancelled with at least 30 days’ notice before renewal.

All membership payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Memberships remain subject to the applicable commitment and cancellation terms above.

Getting Started

Every new member receives a FREE 60-minute Intro Session with one of our coaches. We’ll introduce the fundamental movements, discuss your goals and ensure you feel confident before joining your first class.
