Our CrossFit Teens program is designed to build strength, fitness, and confidence in a fun, supportive environment. Teens will learn proper movement, develop athletic skills, and improve fitness levels in classes tailored specifically for their age group. Whether your teen is looking to boost sports performance or simply get fitter and stronger, our program provides expert coaching, a positive community, and workouts that are safe, challenging, and fun.
This membership is for 12-16 Years olds and entails:
- 45 Minute Workouts
- Monday, Tuesday & Thursday (3 x weekly)
- 4.15-5:00pm
- Qualified CrossFit Instructor
- 1 Month Commitment (Then bills monthly - 30 days notice to cancel)

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
