The CrossFit Teens (12-16) 4 -Week Starter Pack is a coach-led, small group program designed to introduce teens to fitness in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. Over 4 weeks, they’ll build strength, coordination, and resilience while learning proper movement patterns and healthy training habits. What’s Included:
4 weeks of CrossFit Teens classes (2 x per week)
Classes run every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 4:20-5:05pm
Technique built into every session (no experience required)
Weekly parent updates from the coach
Parent & Teen Goal Review at the end
