Reformer Pilates Membership Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Reformer Pilates memberships and class passes purchased through Girls Allowed Essex Ltd. By purchasing a membership, booking a class or attending any Reformer Pilates session, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

    1. Membership
Membership fees are collected monthly through Stripe using your chosen payment method.
Your first payment will be taken on your membership start date, with future payments collected automatically on the same date each month.
By purchasing a membership, you authorise Girls Allowed Essex Ltd to securely store your payment details via Stripe and collect recurring monthly payments until your membership is cancelled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
This membership entitles you to attend four (4) Reformer Pilates classes per calendar month.
Classes are valid only within the current membership month and cannot be carried forward unless otherwise agreed by Girls Allowed Essex Ltd.
Memberships are personal to the named member and may not be shared, transferred or sold.
Memberships are non-refundable except where required by law.
    2. Booking Classes
All classes must be booked through our designated online booking system.
    Classes are subject to availability.
Reformer Pilates classes have limited spaces and we recommend booking in advance.
If you are moved from the waiting list into a class, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
    3. Class Cancellation Policy
Classes must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will return the class credit to your account for rebooking during your current membership period.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class, or failure to attend, will result in the class being forfeited.
No refunds, transfers or replacement classes will be provided for late cancellations or missed sessions.
    4. Late Arrivals
For health and safety reasons, members arriving 5 minutes or more after the class has started will not be permitted to join the class.
The class will be treated as a late cancellation and the class credit will be forfeited.
    5. First-Time Reformer Pilates Members

If this is your first Reformer Pilates class, please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class begins so your instructor can provide a safety introduction to the equipment.

    6. Membership Cancellation
Membership may be cancelled by giving one full calendar month's written notice.
Notice must be sent by email to info@girlsallowedgyms.co.uk.
Membership payments remain payable during the notice period.
Failure to use your membership does not cancel it.
No retrospective cancellations or refunds will be issued.
    7. Membership Freeze
Membership freezes may be permitted at the discretion of Girls Allowed Essex Ltd.
    One month's notice is required.
A freeze administration fee may apply.
Memberships may be frozen for a maximum period in accordance with our current Membership Policy.
    8. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
By purchasing a membership, you authorise Girls Allowed Essex Ltd to collect recurring monthly payments using your chosen payment method.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain valid and sufficient funds are available.
If a payment fails, Girls Allowed Essex Ltd reserves the right to suspend your membership and future bookings until payment has been received.
Membership fees, class passes and gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable except where required by law.
    9. Health Declaration & Member Responsibilities

By purchasing a membership, booking a class or attending any Reformer Pilates session, you confirm that:

You believe you are physically fit and medically able to participate safely.
If you have any injury, illness, medical condition, are pregnant, have recently had surgery or have any concerns regarding exercise, you will seek advice from your GP or healthcare professional before participating.

You understand that it is your responsibility to exercise within your own capabilities and to stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath or feel unwell.
You agree to follow all instructions given by your instructor and to use the equipment only as instructed.
Girls Allowed Essex Ltd reserves the right to refuse participation or stop a member from exercising if an instructor believes participation would be unsafe.
    10. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

You voluntarily choose to participate and accept these risks.
While Girls Allowed Essex Ltd takes all reasonable care to provide a safe environment, qualified instructors and properly maintained equipment, no exercise programme is entirely risk-free.
