    Terms and conditions
    This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.

    This membership cannot be refunded. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. 9 classes of this pack can be used on any Reformer Pilates class, day/time plus any 2 studio classes (excluding group personal training and Reformer Pilates classes). Your pack must be used within 3 weeks (from the date of your first class).

    Cancellation Policy:
    Members must cancel a session at least 24 hours prior to its start time to be entitled to a credit to rebook. Late cancellations will be charged against their pass without refunds.

    No cash refunds.

    First Time Clients: If you have never used the reformer before, please arrive at least 5 minutes early so the instructor can provide a brief introduction to the equipment before the class begins.

    Late Arrivals:
    If you arrive 5 minutes or more after your scheduled class start time, you booking will automatically be cancelled. This is due to the missed warm-up and health and safety considerations.


    Payments
    Use of Sessions: Payment for sessions at our Studio grants access only to sessions conducted by Girls Allowed Essex Ltd. This does not include sessions at other Reformer Pilates studios not operated by us, even if such sessions are available.

    Refund and Transfer Policy:
    Except as required by law, payments made for sessions, session pass fees, monthly subscriptions, gift cards and annual payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Any exceptions to this policy will be explicitly stated in our Terms and Conditions.

    Adherence to Studio Guidelines:
    Members are required to follow the studio guidelines as communicated and comply with any reasonable instructions from management to facilitate efficient operation and convenience for all members.
    Notification of Contact Information Changes: Members must inform the Company in writing of any changes in their home or email address. Without such notification, communications are deemed received within 5 days of mailing to the last known address.
    Right of Admission: The Company reserves the right to refuse entry to the studio.
    Non-Party Rights: Individuals not part of the Registration Form have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any terms of the Registration Form.
    Email Communications: Members consenting to email communication accept the risks associated with this method. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from email communication.
    Limitation of Liability
    Service and Equipment Availability: The Company is not responsible for unavailable services or equipment. The Company may alter facilities at its discretion without notice and is not liable for any related loss, except as required by law.
    Member Responsibility for Health and Safety: Members are responsible for ensuring they are fit to engage in exercise routines and sessions. They assume the risk of injury and should consult a doctor beforehand.
    Liability for Injury or Illness: The Company, its employees, or agents are not liable for any injury, illness, or death occurring on its premises or from using its facilities/equipment, except in cases of negligence by the Company or its staff.
    Personal Property and Injury Liability: The Company is not liable for loss or damage to personal property or injury to members or their guests on studio premises, except where such liability cannot be legally excluded.

    Personal Items
    Members bring personal items to the studio at their own risk. The Company is not responsible for the loss or damage of any such belongings.

    Dress Code
    Members are advised to wear comfortable, suitable sportswear to classes. Sports bras are recommended. If wearing shorts, ensure they are not loose fitted.

    Footwear: Shoes must be removed for all classes.

    Socks: For safety and hygiene, socks are required to be worn. Grip socks are recommended.

    Small Towel: Bringing a small towel to manage perspiration during the class is advisable.

    Safety and Hygiene Guidelines
    Entrance and Exit: Members must use the designated entrance when entering or leaving the studio. Fire exits, clearly marked for your safety, should not be tampered with under any circumstances.

    Fire Safety: In case of fire, members are instructed to promptly proceed to the nearest exit.

    Reformer Equipment Use: Each Reformer has a designated training area equipped with necessary training equipment and cleaning materials.

    Equipment Cleaning: Post-class, members are expected to clean their Reformer and any used training equipment with the provided cleaning materials, ensuring readiness for the next user.

    Media Usage Policy
    Promotional Activities: Girls Allowed serves for a space for promotional activities, which include filming and photography during some classes. By signing our Registration/Waiver form and entering the studio as a member, you consent to the company using this media for business promotion and related materials.

    Addressing Concerns: If a member has any concerns regarding media use, they should promptly bring these to the attention of the staff.
