You will receive 2x personalised Lives a week, as well as other exercise videos that are short (10-15 mins).

You will receive our Saturday class drop ins for only £28.50 (less than £5 a class!) and Level 1 and 2 Courses for £78.50!
If you are interested in a 121 session with me, these will be discounted to £40 ph bookable direct with Emma.
The Sculpt Life group will be your accountability group until you feel that you are free of those bad habits and no longer need the group's support.
You also get another 12-week greatness daily planner to help you thrive. This is different from the workbooks so far and more of a log book/journal but still working towards having a fit mind and body.

This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership.
