Shape Up With Saints are fun and varied fitness sessions open to Girls & Boys aged 14 - 17 who are looking for a new way to give their fitness a boost or compliment their training.

Led by a fully qualified Northampton Saints Community Strength & Conditioning Coach, ‘Shape Up With Saints’ provides a varied exercise programme that can be adapted to the needs of all participants

This 5 class pack allows the member to attend 5 sessions which can be utilised over a 6 month period. Cancellations 2 hours ahead of the session will automatically be refunded for future use.

This Membership is only available to Shape Up with The Saints members and allows the Participant 1:1 Access with our Community Strength & Conditioning coach on a 6 weekly basis to support and programme your activity needs and set targets and outcomes specific to your own goals.

Membership includes:
- 1:1 Timetabled meeting with a Saints Community S&C Coach every 6 weeks.
- Personalised training plan specific to your own needs and goals.
- Regular weekly check in with Community S&C coach to maintain training plan and monitor progress

Membership allows attendance and participation in our 12 week Weight Management programme. The programme will offer support and advice around weight management but will also look at the combined benefits of Physical and Mental Health.

As part of the membership and programme you will receive:
- Access to one of our 12 week courses (courses run consecutively each 12 weeks)

- Support around healthy food choices and diet
- Support around Mental wellbeing and positive mind set

Spend the weekend with Northampton Saints Legends at the prestigious Stowe School!

Returning for its third year, the Saints Legends Weekend will take place from 5th – 6th August 2022, with ex-saints and England captain Tom Wood already confirmed to be joining us again, and more players being announced over the coming months.

The 2-day residential course for boys of the Under 13 - Under 17 age groups will be delivered over the weekend prior to the start of the 5-day residential, where campers will have the opportunity to meet, dine with, and be coached by some of the clubs’ greatest ever players. This weekend is a rare opportunity for your son to be coached by some of Northampton Saints' greatest, bringing back ex-players to spend the weekend enhancing your son’s rugby through their own experiences. Previous Legends include Dylan Hartley, Tom Wood, Lee Dickson, Soanne Tonguahia, and Jamie Elliott.

The cost of the course includes:

- 2 days bed and board at Stowe School with breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided
- 10+ hours coaching from Tom Wood, who will be joined by more Saints Legends soon to be announced, and Northampton Saints coaching staff
- Technical workshops and video analysis
- Evening sports activities
