30 Day Kickstarter - Lifting Club
Boost your fitness with our 30 Day Kickstarter programme with a focus on building strength with our Thursday night Lifting Club.
You will have 15 classes to use across your first month of training to give you the consistency of training three times a week. This is all about PROGRESS. You will learn to lift weights with great form which will help you to build strength and muscle mass.
Your assigned coach will go through a consultation when you join us and give you any extra support on your training, accountability and nutrition. You will have weekly check-ins to keep you on track and give you the best start to building a healthier lifestyle.
