This 6-week programme is designed for complete beginners who want to improve strength, mobility, and confidence in a supportive, private environment.

Please note: This is a non-refundable, non-transferrable package. Spaces are limited and your booking secures your place for the full 6-week block. You can use the passes throughout the 6 weeks, completely flexibly, you do not need to stay within your pre-booked slot and you can use multiple one week and none another. In the event you have not chosen a pre-booked slot you can select any available space and book as you go. There is a 24 hr cancellation policy, if you cancel within 24hrs of the start of the session the pass will be lost.
