This semi-private athletic development class is designed to help young athletes build the physical foundation needed to perform at the highest level.
Grounded in the Long-Term Athletic Development (LTAD) model, this program focuses on developing speed, strength, agility, and movement efficiency — all essential attributes that carry over to any sport, especially football.
Led by a qualified Strength & Conditioning coach, the session includes:
- Sprint mechanics, agility and reaction time
- Strength development using age-appropriate methods
- Explosive power, balance, and coordination
- Injury prevention and functional movement
- Confidence and physical literacy in a gym-based environment

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership.
