12 Class Membership

This is a recurring monthly membership, which will bill on the same date each month. If you are looking for a one off purchase of class credits, please look at either our 'Class Pack' option, or use the 'Pay As You Go' option available on all of our group classes. 

Billing Information

. The membership is billed on sign up and then again on the same date each month until cancellation. 
.There is no minimum sign up term on our memberships, however please note there is a strict 28 day cancellation policy.

Booking Info
. Customers may book into ANY 12 group classes at ANY KPole Studio each month.
. Your 12 classes must be booked onto and can be used anywhere within the month (you can use all 12 in one week if you'd like!) Any unused credits will not be rolled over to the following month. 
. 6 week courses are not included in this membership.

General Terms & Conditions
. No shows and late cancellations will not be refunded.
. Unused classes will not be rolled over onto the following month.
. Our standard 24 hour notice period applies for cancellations on class bookings.
. 28 day membership cancellation policy applies.
. If your direct debit is cancelled before membership has ended we will block future registrations until payment is made and will contact you to make your outstanding payments.
