Booking Info
. Customers may book into ANY 5 group classes at KPole Solihull.
. 5 classes must be booked onto and can be used anywhere within the month (you can use all 5 in one week if you'd like!)
. 6 week courses are not included in this membership.

. No shows and late cancellations will not be refunded.
. Unused classes will not be rolled over onto the following month.
. 24 hour notice period applies for cancellations on class bookings.
. 28 day membership cancellation policy applies.
. If direct debit is cancelled before membership has ended we will block future registrations until payment is made and will contact you to make your outstanding payments.

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 3 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.
