Youth Pole Fitness - CRADLEY HEATH (Ages 6-16)

An introduction to the art of Pole Fitness for youth level, with our fabulous instructor Lisa! 

These 60 minute sessions will cover the basics of this art, including learning to safely climb, creating strong and beautiful shapes up and down the pole, and putting together short combinations of movements to increase endurance. We will work on increasing flexibility at a gentle and safe level, and working on strength and co-ordination, as well as body and spacial awareness. 

Our aim at KPole Dance and Fitness is to promote healthy body image, and a supportive atmosphere, where absolutely anybody is welcome. We believe that exercise should be fun and enjoyable, at the same time as being taught safely and effectively, allowing each child to progress at a pace that suits them. 

All instructors are fully qualified and insured, with the appropriate DBS checks in place. We also ensure that we have one instructor on site at all times that is first aid trained.
