6 Week Introduction to Aerial Hoop
Join our fabulous beginner instructor Elli, as she takes you through a structured 6 week introduction to the art of Aerial Hoop.
During the course, you will learn the basic fundamentals of hoop, along with exercises to help strengthen, tone and increase flexibility.
This course is suitable for those with no previous experience of aerial disciplines and is suitable for any fitness and flexibility level. The whole point of coming to hoop is to build on these areas, so don't worry about where you are right now, think about where you are going to get to!
The course is run over a 6 week period and paid for in one lump sum. There will be no refund given for any missed classes and you must register for the entire course.
