6 Week Introduction to Pole Fitness
Join our fabulous beginner instructor Ellie, as she takes you through a structured 6 week introduction to the art of pole fitness.
During the course, you will learn the basic fundamentals of pole fitness, along with exercises to help strengthen, tone and increase flexibility.
This course is suitable for those with no previous experience of pole fitness and is suitable for any fitness and flexibility level. The whole point of coming to pole is to build on these areas, so don't worry about where you are right now, think about where you are going to get to!
The course is run over a 6 week period and paid for in one lump sum. There will be no refund given for any missed classes and you must register for the entire course.
