- This membership bills every month.
- Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period.
- Some new events may be excluded from this membership.
- Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
- Minimum 3 month contract
- One full month required to cancel by email to hello@mypilateshouse.co.uk
- Credits activate on date of purchase and on that date each month
- Unused credits expire automatically
- Membership can be frozen due to injury/sickness for up to one month but not for holidays
- Membership credits are non-transferable
- No shows and cancellations within the 4 hour cancellation period will result in the credit being deducted from your monthly allowance
- Studio closes over Christmas/New Year and Bank Holidays
- We reserve the right to adjust the timetable of classes as needed
