Junior Membership Terms & Agreement
1. Membership Benefits – The Junior Membership provides unlimited Stay & Play reservations each month. This membership does not include drop-off sessions or event discounts.
2. Reservations Required – All Stay & Play visits must be reserved in advance. Walk-ins are not guaranteed if the space is at capacity.
3. Monthly Billing – Membership is billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis from the date of registration. A valid payment method must be kept on file.
4. Membership Holds & Cancellations – Members may cancel up to 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.
5. Non-Transferable – Membership benefits apply only to the registered child and cannot be shared or transferred.
6. Facility Rules & Conduct – All children must be supervised by their guardian at all times and adhere to The Tot Space policies for a safe and fun environment.

By enrolling in the Junior Membership, you agree to these terms and conditions. The Tot Space reserves the right to update membership policies at any time.
