By enrolling as a Tot Space Member, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Tot Pack & Pass Benefits:

• Unlimited Stay & Play Sessions (reservations required)
• Four (4) Drop & Stay or Drop-Off Sessions per month
• 10% off all Tot Space Special Events
• Exclusive access to member-only promotions and priority announcements for special events

Tot Pack & Pass Fees & Payments:

• Tot Pack & Pass is $99 per month (auto-billed).
• The first 15 members will lock in a lifetime rate of $89/month as long as their tot pack & pass remains active.
• Tot Pack & Pass fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Reservations & Attendance:

• Stay & Play reservations are required to ensure a safe and comfortable play experience.
• Drop & Stay and Drop-Off sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• Unused Drop & Stay or Drop-Off sessions do not roll over to the next month.

Tot Pack & Pass Cancellation & Renewal:

• Tot Packs And Passes auto-renew monthly.
• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
• If a tot pack & pass is canceled, re-enrollment will be subject to current rates and availability.

Behavior & Safety Policy:

• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children during stay & play reservations.
• Respectful and kind behavior is expected from all members and guests.
• The Tot Space reserves the right to revoke tot pack & pass due to repeated policy violations, with no refund.

Agreement & Acknowledgment:
By purchasing a tot pack & pass, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. The Tot Space reserves the right to modify tot pack & pass benefits, policies, and pricing with prior notice.
