40 Hours of in-person training covering anatomy, contrology, history, classical and contemporary movements, and navigating the fitness space as a certified instructor. Learn how to move through your own mat Pilates practice on a deeper level. Your tuition includes: workbook/manual and 40 hours of in-person instruction. This option does not include additional mat Pilates classes, a written exam, or a practical exam.
