Season of Yin

September marks a season of transition, a shift from the fullness and yang energy of summer into the slower, quieter rhythm of autumn.

This two-hour Yin practice is an invitation to honour that transition by slowing down, turning inward, and creating space in both your body and your mind.

Through longer-held postures we will explore the deeper layers of the bodoy: the fascia, the connective tissues, joints, and muscles both superficial and deep.

We will take time to understand the areas being targeted, notice sensation, and explore how small adjustments can change the experience of each posture.

Hands-on assists will be offered (with consent) throughout the practice to support you in settling in, softening, and exploring a little deeper.

A slow, grounding practice to welcome the change of season and create space for what’s next..
