Late Night Roll & Rest

This curated 2-hour experience blends myofascial release techniques and Yin Yoga to help you unwind the tension from your body, your breath, and your nervous system. Through slow, deliberate movement and somatic release, you’ll soften the edges of tension and create space for whatever comes next. This one starts late and ends late so we descend through twilight into darkness as we ease into the yin portion of the evening. After the workshop, head home and straight to bed.

To support and deepen your practice, each participant will receive a set of Yoga Tune Up® Plus Balls to use throughout the workshop  and to take home with you. This keeps the work going long after the retreat comes to an end.
