Ever had a question about a yoga pose? Curious about how different bodies move through the same shape?
This 2 hour yoga exploration is a relaxed, open-floor experience led by Bri and Nicole. You’ll be guided through a variety of familiar poses while exploring different expressions, options, and sensations, learning how to adapt each shape to support your body.
This workshop is less about doing yoga “right” and more about discovering what feels supportive, accessible, and sustainable for you.
Hands-on assists may be offered with consent.
No yoga experience is necessary.
