MYE Mat Pilates Teacher Training

Receive your in-person Mat Pilates Training! 40 Hours of in-person training on the history of Pilates, anatomy and alignment, Pilates movements and more! In order to meet the requirements to receive a certification, an additional 20 practice hours and 20 classes must be completed (4 practice classes at MYE Studio are included with your tuition). Additional MYE Pilates classes may be purchased at the discounted rate of $16/class. To complete your certification you must pass the final exam and complete an in-person or video submission practical exam ($200).

Saturday March 14 & 28: MYE Pilates 11:30am-12:30pm (Lana)

Sunday March 15 & 29: MYE Pilates 10:00am-11:00am (Monika)

(If you are unable to attend one of these sessions, please contact the studio to be subbed into another Pilates class).
